Memory Quilt - Step by Step

Memory quilts have been popular for many years. The idea is timeless, and the sentiment is unparalleled. These quilts give you the opportunity to express yourself in many creative ways! You can add photos made from photo transfer fabric, you can add lots of machine embroidery (either during or after the quilting process), you can add fabric paints and embellishments -- the list is endless.

It is easy to adjust the size of the quilt used in this lesson. There are 36 blocks available for signatures (or photos and embroidery!) in the memory quilt you will be making, and the finished size is 60 inches square. With some very basic math skills, you can adjust this quilt for a different number of squares, or even a different layout.

The goal is that you enjoy the process. Collecting signatures and sentiments for this project will be a lot of fun, and creating the quilt will be a cherished
memory of it's own!
