The Dog Ate My Artwork! - Generations digitizing

This course is open for enrollment.

The price of this course is $30.00

Art work can be found in many places, and if you learn how to digitize manually, all of these sources will be available to you. Your own photographs, children's drawings, and purchased artwork from the web or books can provide you with enough inspiration to create thousands of designs.

The pictures that you use do not need to be clean graphics, and you do not need any additional software to adjust the artwork before using it. You can even digitize a picture that looks like "the dog ate it".  This class is written specifically for Generations software. A lot of the principles apply for other software as well, but all of the images within the class are screen shots of Generations tools.

There are a few basic skills that are required for the class. You will need basic working knowledge of the tools within Generations software such as importing an image, moving In and Out points, creating freehand areas and lines, resizing, adjusting with curves, switching between viewing modes, and saving files and exporting them to your sewing machine for stitching.
